YOU IN A COURT OF LAW. EntityDoc IS NOT A LAW OFFICE OR CPA FIRM AND IS
PROHIBITED FROM PROVIDING LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE OR LEGAL OR TAX REPRESENTATION
TO ANY PERSON. I agree that I have made up my mind voluntarily to treat
any education or ideas that I use as my own without the advice of EntityDoc
and fully understand that any ideas I receive from EntityDoc are purely
for educational purposes and that EntityDoc information is purely basic
to aid in helping me to design and create an estate plan for myself or
others, or both. Any actions I do are by myself, with or without the aid
of legal or tax counsel. I agree that I have been advised and agree to

it is my intention to represent myself in any actions I might request now

advisors of my own choosing whenever such advice is deemed by me to be
