FROM PROVIDING LEGAL OR TAX ADVICE OR LEGAL OR TAX REPRESENTATION TO ANY
PERSON. I agree that I have made up my mind voluntarily to treat any education
or ideas that I use as my own without the advice of ENTITYDOC and fully
understand that any ideas I receive from ENTITYDOC are purely for educational
purposes and that ENTITYDOC information is purely basic to aid in helping

or its employees and representatives, or both, and it is my intention to
represent myself in any actions I might request in the future from ENTITYDOC.
